Baseline classification: MLC70.
Supplier-stated service-life guidance: indefinite repeated use up to MLC150 at 3% CBR (California Bearing Ratio).

Test reports & downloads
Aluminium material test
The tested aluminium extrusion recorded 283 MPa yield strength, 327 MPa ultimate tensile strength and 11% elongation. These exceed the report’s listed minima of 260 MPa, 310 MPa and 10% respectively for EN AW-6082 T6.
Results relate only to the sample supplied. This is a material test, not a full trackway load-capacity certification.
Surface slip testing
This report covers composite flooring products, not the aluminium M150 trackway. Historical pendulum testing covers named Pro GRI, Pro Road, Pro Base and Pro AF pedestrian-flooring samples in dry, wet and oiled conditions. For the Pro Road sample, the recorded values are 76 dry, 56 wet and 40 oiled.
